Bopath Fall is one of the beautiful water fall I have seen.
It is close to Kuruwita and Rathnapura area.We was able to visit within 2-3 hours from Colombo.
It has given that name because of it's shape. It looks like a Bo leaf.

This is a Bo leaf

When we visit there it was sunny and I wanted to jump to water immediately.
Yes, the beauty of around the water fall make us happy and give away the stress.
These days, means October it has certain level of water and we was able to reach very close to the water fall.

It is charge Rs. 20 for adults, Rs. 10 for children and Rs. 100 for foreigners to visit the water fall.It seems very reasonable when consider about the cost for cleaning the environment and other things.

There are several car parks and have to walk few distance to the water fall.
There are shops on the way and there are toys, food items and souvenirs.
You can take a bath from several areas near the water fall. There are so many people having fun all the day.

Nuwara Eliya is a beautiful city in the hill country of the Sri Lanka.
I have visit several time and I love to visit again and again.
When considering with the other cities in the country climate of Nuwara Eliya is very cold.People use to say little England for Nuwara Eliya.
The meaning of the name Nuwara Eliya is "city of light".

Beautiful scenery when I travel by train.
You can reach Nuwara Eliya town by train or bus.If you are willing to go by
train nearest station is Nanu Oya and you can get three wheeler for remaining distance. One time we went
On the way
Nuwara Eliya by train. It was the nicest experience when I visit there.Because I saw nice water falls, tea plantation and we went through the mountain when travelling by train. My opinion is train is the best to travel to Nuwara Eliya rather than private vehicle. Then you can enjoy nice view in nature and it will be the really interesting journey.
You can go through the world famous Nine Arc Bridge when travelling by train.
